Many churches were planted as a result of Central Baptist Church ministries. In 1920, a mission church was started in Puyallup, WA, which later became Bethany Baptist Church. In 1934, a mission Sunday school was started on Waller Road, which became Evergreen Baptist Church, and in July 1947, a Sunday school was started in Edgewood that later became Jovita Baptist Church.
October 15-17, 1993, we celebrated 100 years of Gods faithfulness to this church, and in 2008 the church became Central the Church on the Hill as the church celebrated 115 years of Gods faithfulness. We look forward to a bright future.
